The apartment was very nice, great price‑to‑quality ratio. Parking sits right in front of the apartment, next to the river, and the unit is on the ground floor. It’s a small room that contains a bed, a table, two chairs, a tiny wardrobe, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the terrace (only for this unit) there’s a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a dining table, and a bench. The view is lovely and you can walk onto the fenced garden – that’s shared. The garden was a big plus for us; the little kid could run around, sit on the terrace or in the garden, and just enjoy the nice days. Around the area there’s a Kaufland about 300 m away, local restaurants (Chinese/kebab, …), and a bus stop to the center or the wine cellars. The housekeeper was perfect, great coordination (she lives on the upper floor). I strongly recommend it for those looking for a homey, friendly environment at a very reasonable price.
