The view is nice, and the place has potential if the details are taken care of. The overall cleanliness, especially of the bedding, was lacking; the bedding was not clean and the sofa‑bed was extremely dirty. When it rains, water seeps into the room, and there is only bedding for the double bed.

It was a quiet place, exactly what I was looking for and generally good. There is room for improvement, especially in better equipping the kitchen area.

We paid a fair price for a room with a sea‑view balcony and a pool; the view and the fact that the beach is only a 15‑minute walk away were definite perks, and the owner was quick and friendly to answer questions throughout our stay. However, the property feels a little worn out and could use some upgrades and tighter maintenance, especially in the kitchen appliances and overall upkeep. The neighborhood isn’t the most charming, but it’s practical for a short seaside visit. With a modest investment in comfort and finishing touches, this place could easily become a more appealing choice in its class.
Room 1 was really pleasant with a sea view. The accommodation itself can’t be judged poorly, but the place is downright awful. I walked around twice to make sure I had the right spot. The street is filthy, and you feel like you want to run away because you’re in some ghetto. Normally I would turn around and look for another place. Next to it is a restaurant where loud music played until 10 pm. All night the dogs barked on the street, and it was almost impossible to sleep. Parking in the “area” is nonsense; there is a spot for one car, but the fence is solid and no one can get in. You’ll have to park on the street and hope you find a car in the morning. I tried to reach the beach that should be nearby. On the way you see piles of trash, a refinery with abandoned trucks, and I admit I never made it to the beach. I turned around right next to it and went to sleep, not wanting any more “experiences”.
