We stayed at Hotel Museum in October to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the experience was absolutely exceptional; Guest Relations Manager Miss Arzu’s genuine warmth and attentiveness made it deeply personal and memorable, a rare level of hospitality. On arrival we booked a charter through the hotel and the price they charged us was double the usual 15‑30 % commission markup on local car services.

Our stay at Museum Hotel Cappadocia was truly wonderful, with staff who were exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and always ready to help with a lovely smile that made us feel special; the swimming pool was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and hot‑air balloons, and the outdoor seating by the pool and terraces were equally beautiful for relaxing; breakfast was another highlight, with a Farm‑to‑Table concept that served a lovely selection of hot and cold dishes directly at your table, especially the cheese platter, making the overall experience fresh, personal, and special; the rooms had a distinctive cave‑inspired design reflecting Cappadocia’s character and heritage, creating an authentic atmosphere; overall, Museum Hotel is a truly special place that combines outstanding hospitality, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and a unique cave‑style experience, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Cappadocia. Addressing the humidity and resulting room odor would make the stay even more enjoyable.
