“Agradable”
The room was fine, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

Unfortunately, my stay was a disaster from start to finish. The service was abysmal, with no hot water or kettle available, and the breakfast was extremely basic. I was also told that I wasn't entitled to a blanket because I booked through a certain platform, which seemed unfair given the chilly 10-degree temperature. The staff were completely lacking in charm, and the hotel had no heating, a bed with no headboard, and malfunctioning doors and toilets.
I was really pleased with the hotel's proximity to the bus terminal, which made it super convenient for me. However, I did find the lighting in the hotel to be quite dim, which made it a bit difficult to navigate.
