The location is perfect, but the hotel's age is showing. The staff are friendly, which makes up for the outdated decor.

The hotel's location is a real winner, with stunning views of the entire city of Biên Hòa. You can see the whole city spread out before you, which is a real treat. However, some of the functional areas, like the pool, are starting to show their age. It's a shame, because the views are definitely worth it.

The hotel was a letdown, and I wish I'd had the option to cancel our 7-day stay. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let us out of our booking. The reception area and hallways were sweltering, and there was no air-con to be found. Breakfast was pretty basic, and we had to ask for more food to be replenished. The hallway to our room reeked, and the carpet was a hazard with its uneven bumps.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, given its great location and beautiful lobby. The breakfast was also pretty standard, which was fine by me. The street outside is lined with shops and cafes, which is always a bonus. However, things took a turn for the worse when we arrived and were asked to pay 174 euros instead of the 152 euros we had booked for two rooms. They claimed it was a deposit, but we wouldn't get it back if we didn't use the mini-bar.
