standort in deutschlandsberg. Frühstück schon 1h vor ende nicht mehr vollständig und wird nicht mehr nachbestückt, nicht viel Auswahl. ab 7Uhr rennt einer mit Laubgebläse komplett unnötig am Gelände herum. Bläst Müll nur herum und lässt ihn dann liegen, macht eigentlich nur Lärm. Man könnt auch einen Besen nehmen oder bis at least neun Uhr warten. Duschkabinentür völlig kapputt

The room size and equipment were fine. The breakfast selection and quality were very good. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. There was no fridge, which was uncomfortable in the summer heat because we couldn’t cool our drinks. One morning many people were at breakfast and the food refills were late or inadequate. The kitchen help (who clear the tables) were not very friendly or attentive.

The location is good. The breakfast was poorly prepared (the toaster was broken and taped half‑off… that’s unacceptable). The bowling lanes were dirty (balls). Unfortunately, we had planned to come with a group to train, but that didn’t happen. The room did not meet expectations: we booked a balcony room but received a “terrace” that was just an open door accessible to anyone, not paved or tiled, with a drain cover in front of the door. We couldn’t leave the door open at night due to the heat and couldn’t use the terrace, so the extra charge for a balcony room was wasted. The online photos don’t match reality; the house and rooms are very worn, and the price/quality ratio is not good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. <3 The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to hiking trails, activities, and the city, yet it remains a quiet spot. Staying in the gallery room was great with our kids, still separate. Absolutely a child‑friendly place.
