I was treated disgracefully – never book this hotel! We booked on 16 September 2026 after our flight to Amsterdam was cancelled. After an exhausting day, we waited for hours for a taxi and finally arrived at the hotel around 4:00 AM, completely exhausted. The check‑in was unbelievably slow; the receptionist took about two hours to check in only four guests, and in the end, around six guests were told there were no rooms available, even us. Despite a confirmed booking, we were left without a room and had no choice but to sleep in the lobby. The service was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the receptionist blamed us, even though the hotel works with and accepts reservations through their platform. What made it worse was the payment issue: we were told payment had to be made in cash, but we didn’t have enough cash. The whole situation gave the impression that reservations were deliberately not honored, though we can’t verify why. The next morning, the hotel offered nothing as compensation – no breakfast, no alternative room, no meaningful apology, no goodwill gesture, despite us sleeping in the lobby. After a lot of arguing, we eventually got our taxi money refunded, but that was very difficult. After a cancelled flight, hours of waiting, arriving exhausted in the middle of the night, and then being left to sleep in a lobby despite having a reservation, this was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Extremely poor service, terrible organization, and absolutely no customer care. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE.

The location is quiet and secluded. The lady at the buffet could be a bit more cordial.

The room was nice, tidy, spacious, and clean. The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast did not have gluten‑free options.
