The hotel is in a city outside the usual vacation spots. It’s fairly comfortable, with a slightly “Soviet” style. The restaurant staff barely spoke English (though they tried to be helpful). Breakfast was very average, even a bit mediocre.
“Buen hotel con parking”
A good hotel with parking included in the price. Friendly staff.
“Hotel cómodo y buena relación calidad-precio”
I was pleased with the comfortable room and bed, and the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. I couldn't find anything that I didn't like.
“Good value for money”
Being close to Rila or even Pirin mountains made it a good base for daily long trips or trekking. I liked the staff’s personal touch: the guy at the reception desk noticed my ID said it was my birthday anniversary, stood up, shook my hand strongly :-) and later, at dinner, he arranged a complimentary wine bottle.
