“Decepción”

The location and family leisure space are good. The rooms have a tobacco smell. The noise from the neighbour’s shower is deafening. The pillows are uncomfortable. The price is too high for the overall quality.

At least the hotel is in the town centre, the bed is decent and there’s a free table‑top football, pin‑ball, etc. But you can hear neighbours talking in normal voices clearly. Their showers and when they turn on a tap, it feels like it’s coming from your room. You can’t rest before they go to bed. On top of that, my towel was heavily used and had a big hole. The white duvet had a yellowish stain like a palm. Limescale build‑up made the tap spray in multiple streams and the shower did the same. The air‑conditioner is far from silent.

“Cómodo”

The location is great, in the centre with bars and a churros shop nearby, the beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious, and there are board‑game and table‑top football areas. They invited us for a wine to promote their restaurant. The staff are pleasant. One plug is a problem: the others are far from the beds and you need them for the TV and heater (there’s another one in the bathroom). The Wi‑Fi is bad because it doesn’t use a password; you have to enter your email and follow a series of steps every 8 hours. The wardrobe is very small.

Conchi was very kind, we felt very calm and comfortable. I would come back.
