“Convenient”
The location and nearby spots were convenient, and they let me check in early. My room was missing a mini‑fridge; they promised one would be added but never did. I brought a cooler and it worked for the single night.

The location was fine, but it was too noisy, offered poor value for money, and the service was sub‑standard.

The location was fine, but there was no manager on duty to discuss a pest problem.

The room and pool were fine, but the deposit was still not refunded, and the staff were very racist and rude.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful, but the hotel was a bit remote and quiet for business.
