Cleanliness is good for the price; however, the staff may act as if they are not guests and open the door without permission, showing a low level of service mindset.

The ciasa sits in the Dolomites with awesome mountain views, and there are countless surrounding hikes such as Passo Gardena that you can start directly from the hotel; the property is clean and the staff were very kind.
