The stretching session was very good, but the management takes more than 72 hours, sometimes even more days, to process a refund. The refund process is slow, and you often have to call because they don’t answer; I don’t know what’s going on with the manager and accountant – they need to improve this aspect.

The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the bed linens seemed unwashed, giving off a very bad odor.
