They didn’t tell me about a deposit over the phone when they called, so I felt tricked; they didn’t refund me and claimed that even if I cancelled I would still owe a cancellation fee, which seems unfair for a hotel I never stayed at—I wasted $78.

The hotel was quiet and properly equipped in Columbia, located in a commercial area with many shops and restaurants but still a bit removed. My room was well equipped and spacious, with a microwave, coffee maker, etc. Overall, for my two nights there, the value for money was good.
