The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even managed to book me a room on the 6th floor with a balcony that had an amazing view. The location was perfect, close to the university, beach, and plenty of restaurants. My only complaint was that the air conditioning took a while to kick in, it took about 30 minutes to feel the chill.
