“Loved it”
The property is beautiful, with great facilities and a superb location, cleaned daily. I tried the spa—hammam and deep‑tissue massage—just before heading to the airport. Samira did a great job; I was very happy with the service! The staff were amazing, very kind, super attentive and always ready to help: Adam, Ali, the evening shift guy, and I think Fauzia. I also appreciated that they had EU adapters; I’d forgotten my UK one and they had a few, which was very helpful. The garden definitely needs more lighting at night because there was none around the pool, which seemed a bit dangerous from a health and safety perspective. The menu is very limited. On arrival I was told breakfast would change daily, but it was the same. Dinner/lunch was also the same—only tagine. I understand it’s a traditional dish, but a few more options would be nice because that’s all I ate during my stay; I was looking forward to trying other Moroccan dishes. I loved my room with a private pool, but the air‑con didn’t work well, so even though it was on, my room was still quite warm, especially at night, and the internet didn’t work no matter how much I tried to connect it.
