“Bad”

I liked how spacious the room was and everything worked well; it’s a shame about what happened. We had trouble checking in; we arrived late due to an unforeseen issue, and we were charged a 30-euro fine—otherwise, they wouldn't let us in. Furthermore, we weren't provided with internet access upon arrival. We tried to reach out, but no one responded; we didn't have a WhatsApp number, and even after we arrived and saw the contact information on a sign, our attempts to get in touch went unanswered. They should reach out beforehand and understand that tourists don't always have mobile data to make calls! Breakfast was supposed to be included, but on one occasion, it wasn't provided because the café downstairs didn't open, and no alternative was offered. The location is a 10-minute walk from the metro, but it’s an inconvenient route—especially with luggage—as there are inclines and, in some places, no sidewalk. We tried to book an Uber, but no driver would accept the trip, and walking through that alleyway to reach the hotel at night felt unsafe. La stanza era grande compresa la terrazza molto ampia. La stanza sporca, muri con crepe e macchie sul muro. TV non funzionante, terrazza sporca. Letto scomodo. scarafaggio in doccia

“Posizione strategica, vicina al centro, alle varie attività, lo stesso per la metropolitana e l’autostrada, ma anche vic”

Uno spazio piccolo ma accogliente, come anche le camere. I letti un po’ scomodi per il materasso. E poi l’affaccio diretto su una strada molto trafficata anche di sera. Si sentiva di tutto
