We spent four nights in a family room at Krem Marin Otel and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. A special shout‑out to Burak and his two brothers, who were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The family room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is excellent, very close to everything you might need in Çeşme, which made getting around easy. One of the best parts was the beach access. We took a taxi to the beach for about 350 TL and kept the driver’s number so we could call him back after. We also tried the bus, but you have to walk about 10 minutes from the stop to reach the beach. There’s also a beach right opposite the hotel, less than a minute’s walk away, but it’s quite small, so we preferred the other one. The room could use a few simple additions, like waste baskets or bins. Also, there was no housekeeping during our four‑night stay; the room was only cleaned when we arrived. It would be much better if housekeeping were provided every few days, especially for longer stays. All in all, we had a very nice stay, and Burak and his brothers’ kindness and hospitality were definitely the highlight. Thanks for making us feel welcome! ❤️

The location and the suites were truly amazing; walking 5 minutes gets you to ilicali beach, Migros, and Bim right around the corner. I’m happy with the spot, parking was easy right next to the hotel, and for the price you get a big suite with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen. I did expect a sea view, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

The place was well situated. I had to move to another city and cancel my last night, and I didn’t receive a refund or even a partial one.

Good location. The apartment is large enough. The staff responded quickly to problems. The air conditioning was partially broken, the kitchen equipment wasn’t enough for a longer stay, there was no Wi‑Fi in the living room, and the cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and shampoo were insufficient.
