The room is very modern and the bathroom is great! Dogs are allowed under certain conditions. If you’re into extreme noise and smell, this place is right for you! The photos don’t show that the property sits right on the busy main road, even at night. The AC is just a decorative wall fixture, so you have to leave the window open at night, which brings in not only the mentioned noise but also a strong odor—probably from broken sewer lines or the nearby stream. Also, hope it doesn’t rain! The roof leaks, so at 3 a.m. you have to set up makeshift kitchen tools to catch rainwater dripping from the beams. It would help if you spoke Italian—English isn’t enough, so you’ll need Google Translate. PS: Take your own cutlery!

The host lady is very kind and helpful. The beach at Fiumara is a short walk, and the path is paved. You can rent old‑fashioned bicycles.

I appreciated the friendliness and availability of Mrs. Debora and her daughter Erica, both before arrival and during the stay. The property is near the beach, where you can find beach clubs or use the free beach. The room is comfortable and clean, equipped with a fridge and fans. As of today, there is no air conditioning. There is a parking space for the car.
