Spacious Studio with Terrace Near Orewa Beach

“Needs Improvement as in the Remarks the Outside area was lovely”

We made toast and coffee ourselves. The fridge smelled like gas, didn’t keep milk or food cold, the bathroom towels were odd microfiber that didn’t dry, the kitchen counter was cluttered with not enough space to prep, the microwave was huge for the counter, and the bed linens could have been better quality.

“Very spacious and comfortable with all amenities.”

The value was excellent, the unit was comfortable and roomy with all the needed amenities, and I’d highly recommend it.

“Great Stay in Silverdale”

The place was nice, clean, modern and well equipped, but the runner carpet in the hall kept gathering and could be a trip hazard.

I absolutely loved it—clean, great shower, awesome sleep, and so quiet that I didn’t notice the rain until I stepped outside. Ten minutes to Whangaparaoa and eight to Dads in Dairy Flat. Thanks for a great place to chill after a long few days.

“Nice rooms at the back of the house”

I didn’t meet any staff, but the self‑service worked fine once I figured out the key. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, especially the rooms at the back of the house, which suited us well. It was a bit odd hearing conversations through the bedroom wall, and there were lights on during the night.
