Everything is simply wonderful, the breakfast is super, we ate all day, the bed is comfortable and the view is beautiful. Parking is on the street, but that’s not a problem. It’s quiet and cozy, the centre is a 5‑minute walk, and the return is a bit uphill, but that’s not critical. It was a bit cool, the floor mat could have been better, and the tiles feel cold, which makes moving around a bit difficult.

The accommodation had a fantastic view of the snow from the bed, was clean and comfortable, and was close to the city centre, making it very convenient. The host was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The spot is lovely, with a balcony view of Kazbek from Stepantsminda. Room 4 is better than Room 1, as noted. Breakfast is always fresh with tasty surprises, and the young lady speaks English well. The center is just a 5‑minute walk downhill. The street is very busy during the day but completely quiet at night. Room 1 sits directly over the kitchen/heat source, which can be noisy at times, but the staff responded immediately and everything is fine.

A hearty, authentic breakfast was served, and the family‑friendly staff met all our needs. The location is convenient for exploring the area, rooms are spacious with comfy beds, and the view toward the mountains is stunning. Cleaning quality could be improved.

The hotel reached out to confirm our arrival time. Learning we would arrive after midnight, they simply left a key at the reception, which was very convenient! No extra fee for pets. We’re staying here for the second time.
