My wife and I loved everything about Bertrand's Townhouse, from the inspiration behind the name to the Diptych toiletries and stylish rooms. We especially liked the staff – Tchad and his team made our stay all the more special. If you're looking for a stylish, quirky, private hotel in a quiet street near the West End and British Museum, look no further. It really is a gem.
