Hotel Lemonade

While the hotel's location and pricing were a major plus, my overall experience was marred by several issues. The room service was subpar, and we were left without towels or toiletries. Additionally, the rooms and washrooms weren't cleaned properly, and they didn't have a kitchen facility. To make matters worse, they arranged breakfast from local markets but handed it over to us in a packing box without any cutlery.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The information available on their website and application was incorrect, which set the tone for a terrible experience. The parking facility was unavailable, and the AC in my room didn't work, making the space feel suffocating. The room was tiny, and there was no window or ventilation. The pictures on their website showed a spacious room, but what I got was a cramped, crowded space.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown. While the ambience was pleasant, it wasn't enough to redeem the hotel's shortcomings. I'm not sure what else to say, as there wasn't much to commend.
