Rob and Kim were A+ hosts—sweet and inviting, and we had plenty of chats that made me feel like I was staying at a friend’s house. The breakfasts were delicious, and the room and bed were so comfortable. I wish our stay had been longer, but honestly I couldn’t find anything else. 😀

Nice, cozy, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts and comfy rooms. It’s close to wineries and Watkins Glen. No bad to say.

Fantastic stay with a delicious full breakfast prepared by our hostess Kim. Beautiful remote B&B a few minutes away from Seneca Lake, wineries and Watkins Glen. The property consists of many acres filled with walking trails. Fabulous getaway!!
