The room lacked basic amenities, and the AC, lights, and fan were all broken. There was no restaurant or any food service even though the ad promised it. I was asked to pay an extra fee and left completely disappointed.

This hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, but the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The bed sheets and pillow covers looked like they'd been used before, and the towels were stained and dirty. I was expecting a bit more attention to hygiene, especially considering the price. The staff seemed friendly, but the state of the room was a major letdown.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the rest of my stay was a bit of a letdown. I was surprised to be asked for an extra 2 euros in cash when I checked in, but the staff never explained why. To make matters worse, the sheets and towels were dirty, and the noise from other guests in the hallways went on till 2 am without anyone from the hotel doing anything about it.
