The hotel sits in a handy spot for reaching the Wildpark and the staff were genuinely friendly, but my room was on the first floor right above the main entrance, where several guests liked to smoke right outside; the smoke drifted in through the open window and was a real nuisance for both kids and adults. A designated smoking area would have solved that problem.
We liked the indoor playground, the play area near the dining room, and the proximity to the MV wildlife park. The house is very noisy, and the kids’ buffet did not meet our expectations.
The price includes breakfast, and the breakfasts were very tasty with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
Everything was good; food and drinks were tasty and plentiful. In the outdoor area, more attention should be paid to cleanliness—weed and overgrown plants should be cleared from the garden.
