No breakfast is included, the location is easy to reach, and the exterior needs a facelift, yet there were no instructions on how to use the TV.

The staff were nice, but the room smelled horrible and the TV was broken; the refrigerator wasn’t cold and all our food spoiled.

The pet area was clean, yet the room really needs updating and a thorough cleaning; the drapes were falling off hooks and extremely dirty, and the rugs were filthy and looked like they had never been cleaned.
