“Esta bien”
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind and attentive. We were exhausted from the trip, so the front‑desk lady assigned us room 414, close to the elevator, sparing us a long walk. The room was spacious, with good sheets, air‑conditioning and a TV, and we rested well. The pool was very clean, with crystal‑clear water, and the staff remained courteous throughout. The breakfast buffet was a hit: varied, with omelettes made on the spot, chilaquiles, fruit, juices and coffee. Everything was excellent. For improvement, the room carpet was dirty and the furniture looked outdated; a deeper clean and a furniture refresh would make the stay even better. Overall, we had a great experience, especially thanks to the staff’s care, the rest, the pool, and the breakfast. The carpet in the room needs to be washed or cleaned.
