The location is good, but the cleanliness is very poor and the furniture is spoiled.

The bedsheets and overall cleanliness were a nightmare; food leftovers stayed in the room for 2 or 3 days until we complained more than 5 times to have them removed. They didn’t change the bedsheets in a week! They don’t provide towels unless you ask more than 4 or 5 times! The breakfast is the same every single day (eggs, taameya, beans and rice).

The prices were reasonable for the northern coast, yet the map location was wrong and the staff didn’t answer my calls until I complained to the booking platform and tried to cancel my reservation.

The location was good, but the place itself was terrible, dirty, and uncomfortable; it had nothing to do with hospitality and isn’t officially a 4‑star hotel.
