“It was okay”
The location was very good, but the mini‑fridge didn’t work and a second pre‑authorization was put on my card that held over $300, then they needed another $100 to hold, so over $400 was being held from me; it came back in 5‑7 days, but that was money I did not have to spend on my trip.
“Overall, this hotel was worth it. It had plenty of room and storage, with super convenient location”
The location was fantastic—close to the stadium and ballpark—and I would definitely stay here again, but the detector in the room had a light that flashed all night, which was annoying, and I could hear loud cars or motorcycles revving their engines outside.

The location was close to the hop‑on/hop‑off bus stop and the Warhol Museum, and there was nothing to complain about.

I was put on a 27 minute hold, and even after driving there and waiting in line, they still didn’t answer the call I was on hold. That felt very rude. The gentleman who checked me in was fantastic. I didn’t like being put on hold when I called; I wanted to book through their facility and find out rates, but with only one room left I just booked, so I’m not sure if I could have gotten a better deal or earned points.
