The reception was fine, but the room had rugged bedding and towels, the rooms were dirty, and the premises were old.

I stayed in a suite on the 11th floor with a panoramic city view, right next to the cathedral, and the staff were friendly. The pool, however, was unfortunately under renovation.

We enjoyed a wonderful night; the hotel sits close to the central market we wanted to see while remaining in a very quiet area. The room was spacious and comfy, the staff were highly competent and attentive, dinner was excellent, and the balcony offered a fantastic view. Everything was flawless, so we highly recommend it.
