We had an amazing stay at one of the best Swiss hotels! ❤️ The lake view from our room was stunning and added a special touch. The hotel was cozy, beautiful, and well maintained, creating a peaceful vibe. It’s also in a great spot, just an 8‑minute bus ride from Interlaken Ost train station, with frequent buses that make getting around a breeze. A highlight was the free bus pass the hotel gave us, which we used a lot while exploring. It was a thoughtful and handy perk! All in all, a fantastic experience at a lovely place. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Interlaken! ❤️

“Very comfortable, centrally located and super friendly/helpful staff”

The location was excellent—close to the ferry terminal and right by the water, with a balcony view of the lake. The staff were super helpful. Nothing else stood out; we had a very pleasant two‑day stay.

“An attractive small hotel but an uncomfortable stay due to a noisy room.”

The staff were friendly and the location was nice. Breakfast and dinner food were very good. Soundproofing was poor; my room was next to a noisy service elevator, and the shower next door started as early as 5 am, waking me up.

The modest single room was clearly outdated, and the mattress was sagging. I travel a lot for work, but this review needs to be corrected on Booking. Maybe it’s just the single room that shouldn’t be offered any longer.
