Overall, it was an amazing experience and a nice place to stay; the food arrangements and staff behavior were all very pleasant. However, when we left, the electricity kept breaking for a long time, and only at the end was it fixed.

The staff responded well, and the hotel was a safe and secure place for couples and families, with good food and an overall great experience. (This sentence repeats the same points as the positive section.)

The location was great, and everything felt good—nothing negative to mention.

This place is great for couples, the staff are really well-behaved and seem to prioritize customers, which is refreshing. The prices are also pretty good. However, the view from our room was right onto the dam and mountains, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it's a good value-for-money option, but be aware of the view.

The rooms here are amazing, with comfy beds and a private bathroom - and the balcony views are stunning. But our stay got off to a rocky start when they realized the rooms we'd booked weren't available, and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to sort out a bigger room for our group of four. Things took a turn for the worse when my partner got food poisoning from dinner, and we ended up skipping breakfast as a result. Still, the rooms themselves were great.
