It was a nightmare day that I never thought would end, but honestly the staff were helpful and tried to fix our problem three times because of their effort. The place is really bad for families, there's no elevator, the entrance is an Indian restaurant, we booked two rooms and the AC in both was broken.

The location is close to the beach and all other spots like restaurants, a pharmacy, and a 7/11 store. The air conditioner isn’t that cold.

The spot is perfect, just 200 m from the sea and close to Patong Beach’s main hub. Boss Atif is very helpful, always there to meet any request, and everyone else on staff is very kind. The restaurant is great! I ate a fantastic lobster that was freshly caught from the hotel’s external fish nursery. The apartment is on the fourth floor, no elevator… it needs maintenance; the safe, TV, and fridge weren’t working, but the fridge was replaced the next day.

I liked how spacious the room was and how clean the hotel stayed. Huge thanks to the lovely staff—care pop, ying, and tim—and the café is a bonus.
