I felt cheated because the staff told me the capsule room was no longer available and had been dismantled a year ago, yet it was still listed with a picture online. When I asked why it remained on the site, the staff simply said “I don’t know.” I already have a voice recording of the conversation, screenshots, and receipt photos, and I’m taking this to KPDNHEP with all the evidence.
