The room was nicely renovated and had all the expected amenities, and the breakfast selection was good. However, there was a bee in the room, and I had to remember to refill bath and shower liquids. The pillows were bad, and the coffee maker sat on a shelf with no outlet—only the plug could reach the nightstand outlet, but no other outlets were available.

The sudden construction in the lobby with no prior notice was a huge let‑down, and I won’t book here again. The unexpected building work brought dust and a mess that made the stay unpleasant.

The water wasn’t hot, which was a real inconvenience.

The location was great, but overall the experience was just fine.

They’re definitely renovating, which is cool, but the hotel smells like an 80s casino with heavy smoking.
