The lady at reception was really helpful and spoke perfect English. The location is nice, and you can rent a kayak for great river activities. Inside the property there is a mini‑bar with drinks and some food, and the cocktails always taste different :D. You can set up a tent on the grounds, and there are good showers and a toilet. It could be a little cleaner around the house. The next day we stayed in tents and our spot was a bit further from the main camp, so the grass was only partially cut and it was a little far from the showers and toilet.

The location was nice. When we arrived, the food scraps from previous guests hadn’t been cleaned up and there was pasta with sauce spread next to the hut.

“Отдых на природе”

1. Because of the mosquito nets on the windows, we could ventilate the rooms all night. 2. The kitchen really had plenty of utensils, from spoons to frying pans. 3. It’s a great spot to walk with family and dog – right outside the camp the “Cīruļu takas” begin. 4. There were many other opportunities that, unfortunately, we couldn’t use because of the short stay. 5. The real closeness to nature – in the evening we walked near moose. 6. Even within the camp, let alone outside, you can find blueberry bushes and enjoy forest berries. 1. The shower was quite small and it was hard for kids to set the right water temperature – the faucet is very sensitive. However, the adjusted temperature is stable and doesn’t change suddenly, unlike other camps. 2. The access to the camp takes a long time, going down a narrow, uneven forest road.

“Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature !”

Camping at the foot of the ski slopes, in a forest and by the Gauja, in pure nature, on a trail and hiking route. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. The environment was calm. Arrival and departure were very simple, and the staff was easy to reach. The ideal is to have a car for travel.
