“We were happy with the hospitality but not our choice of room.”
The staff were amazing—everyone we met was accommodating and genuine. The bellman went out of his way to line up our car and luggage, and we’re grateful for all the interactions on the property. The location is only second to the staff in terms of appeal, and that’s why we’ll return. We had stayed in two great rooms before, and although we paid less for the most recent apartment, I didn’t expect such a low standard. I practically had to stand in the bidet to shave in front of the mirror, and the shower controls were odd, so we ended up taking cold showers.
