I slept badly, swarmed by cockroaches and bed mites that bit me until my skin swelled; there was no body shampoo, the electricity was unsafe, and the surroundings were filthy – the worst hotel experience ever.

The downstairs is packed with eateries and a mall next door, so grabbing food and shopping is easy. I booked a four‑person room but only got two single beds with three pillows; the booking page had shown two double beds. We received only two sets of towels, water, and toothbrushes. When I asked, staff said they only had triple rooms, not quadruple. Later they replenished towels and water. The shower gel container was empty at first, but after reporting it, someone brought a refill. The fridge had a bad odor.

The location is strategic with many shops nearby. I requested a room with a window as advertised, but staff said another guest already had that room, which left me upset.

The place is great and the room is spacious. The bathroom has frosted tinted glass and no mirror in the room—only in the bathroom.
