The staff were kind, but everything else was bad.

Nothing good, the hotel was awful and filthy, so we had to book a different place. The room was dirty, the air‑con unit didn’t work, and it didn’t match the online photos. We had to move and book a room elsewhere.

This hotel was a complete disaster. I'm still trying to figure out how it managed to stay open. The whole place felt like it was on the verge of collapse.

The room was ridiculously tiny, and I had to squeeze my luggage onto the edge of the bed. There was barely enough space to hang my clothes, and the lights didn't even work properly. To top it off, the hair dryer was super loud and annoying. I asked to switch rooms, but nothing was done about it.
