Excellent value. The hotel offers everything you need: it’s clean, has good internet, a reliably hot shower, central heating at an unbeatable price, and a decent breakfast included. It’s an easy walk to everything in Copacabana. I was glad to be offered a choice of rooms; without inspecting them I chose the one on the lower floor because stairs were hard work at altitude. I also walked up to the viewing terrace, which was nice, and the staff were very patient with my terrible Spanish. I highly recommend this hotel.
“Gute Unterkunft”
The place was spotless and the shower had hot water, my room offered a great sea view and was cozy, plus breakfast was decent and they even served coffee with milk, which is rare in Bolivia! I was able to leave my luggage there while I spent a night on Isla del Sol, but I chose the hostel mainly for the heating, which unfortunately never worked. The staff didn’t speak any English and seemed uninterested; when I spoke with one employee he was watching a loud video on his phone, which I found very rude. A bedside lamp would have been nice.
Sonia’s service was the best; she helped us with everything.

The staff were cordial and the breakfast was good, but the shower warmed at first and then cooled quickly.
