We didn’t eat there because the place wasn’t pleasant; trash was everywhere, the area felt filthy with overflowing bins, a foul stench, a spider web in the room, super dusty, a cockroach smell, and an overall grimy atmosphere that made it unpleasant to spend any time there. The rooms, the beddings, and the place were all terrible.

I’d like a refund for my reservation. The place looks awful, like a BURIKAT shelter, and my payment hasn’t been refunded yet.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel, which was unfortunately a dirty and uninviting place. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, and I was left feeling disappointed and let down.
