The 14‑day stay was an excellent experience – very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful, always ready to assist, showing a truly client‑oriented attitude. I will definitely consider returning. The detail of a remarkable birthday greeting was a lovely touch. A special thanks to the Manager, Thang, who arranged a night transfer to the airport and was very careful about security and service. Thanks to the whole hotel team – everyone at the reception, restaurant, and bar – for their great service. We look forward to meeting you again. Nothing really to complain about – everything was great! However, a few ideas for future improvements: consider adding massage chairs somewhere in the hotel (maybe the gym area). It would be nice to have a co‑working space where guests can work during the day and evening; perhaps part of the lobby could be used for that purpose.

We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great – our room was very comfortable with everything you could want. Breakfast each day was a good choice. The location is quiet, nice to be out of the busy city but easy and very reasonably priced ‘grab’ car away. The pool was clean and the water was the perfect temperature. We were visiting friends in the area, so didn’t use them, but I was told that the golfing facilities were great! It was all good!

The driving range offers free 50 balls per person, and the free round around the course is a nice bonus. The meal was tasty, especially the western dishes at Birdie restaurant, and the desk staff were very mindful and helpful.
