“Pokoje pekne, snidane zklamani, ale byla to jen ojedinela chyba.”

The room was nice, comfortable. I did not receive an immediate payment confirmation because of the service route, even though I had entered the details in Booking and filled them out. I was called about the delay and even though I had filled it out, I had to pay an additional fee of 45,-, which made me feel cheated because it was not in the final price. I had to write an email somewhere for confirmation and it never came, so I cannot finish the travel agency submission. Breakfast disappointed me.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast tasty, but the beds were uncomfortable, the floor was dusty, and there was dust and trash in the nightstands and drawers; the glasses were full and the table was torn. The overall cleanliness and equipment did not match the three‑star rating or the price we paid for a single night.

Very good location, and very friendly staff. Breakfast and parking included in the price, clean, tidy, everything as it should be. The room on the ground floor had no air conditioning, even though it was already September, and in the evenings the room was really hot, in the middle of summer and heat it could be difficult.

“Hodnotím pozitívne, ak ešte navštívime Ostravu, určite sa tu ubytujeme.”

The personnel were pleasant, the room was clean, parking was available, and the food prices pleasantly surprised us, yet the mattress was thin and the ceiling was slanted, causing everyone to bump their heads (probably because we had a room for five people).
