There was nothing to like there. I got really troubled going there. Please don't book. If you are coming to Jaipur, do not stay at Hotel Karma on the 200‑foot bypass. The staff is rude, arrogant, and uncivilized, lacking even basic manners when speaking to guests. At night, when I tried to discuss room issues, their behavior was aggressively bad. They give psychological torture under the guise of hospitality. This hotel is a big scam in terms of facilities; the AC didn't work at all in the heat, and even after repeated complaints, the staff didn't care. With rooms without locks and broken AC, trusting that staff to spend the night felt like a nightmare. They took all the money and offered no arrangement. I strongly advise everyone to think not just four times, but a hundred times before booking this hotel, and not waste your money, time, and mental peace there.

Only the location was decent; cleanliness was poor, facilities were lacking, rooms did not match the pictures, and food service was the worst.
