“I don’t liked”
The breakfast was good. Nothing else stood out; the rooms, hygiene, and staff were all satisfactory.
“really not the best option and definitely not a 3 stars”
The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We booked a room with a sofa bed for our two families, but when we arrived, we were told it wasn't possible to convert the sofas into beds. It took over two hours to find a solution, and in the meantime, we had to deal with a room that smelled strongly of a broken fridge and had shower products that had already been used. To top it off, the door was broken, but at least it still locked with the key.
The hotel's location was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast rush was chaotic, with long queues and a lack of seating.
Unfortunately, the hotel's plumbing was a major issue during our stay. The water didn't work properly in the bathrooms, which made things very difficult.
