Very clean, spacious, and nice. The elevator we were in was broken.

The food and the pools were good. The room felt uncomfortable for traveling with kids.

Everything was very pretty and comfortable, and the people were super friendly. The beach was very ugly, full of seaweed, which I didn't like, but everything else was great.

Everything was fantastic, but there was a bit of trash in the hallways and stairs.

The food and pools were fine, but don't expect luxury at Moon Palace Sunrise; the hotel is decent, just not everything you might hope for.
