The place was comfy and clean, and the staff were super helpful when we asked for a room change because we were initially assigned a disabled room; we didn’t get the right room at check‑in but everything was sorted, and it’s a long way from anything—my booking mistake.

The beds were comfy and the free breakfast was excellent, but there was no coffee pot in the room and we only found out we could request one when we headed down for breakfast.

The location was good and the area quiet, and the place was fairly clean, but the room was scorching when we arrived and the AC kept cutting out all night, so we set it to 66 degrees and it still felt over 70; to top it off we booked a king but ended up with two double beds.

I stayed here because it’s close to NOW ARENA and it really is nearby! The service was great. We arrived after midnight and they helped us with the check‑in.
