The breakfast was excellent, with a mix of intriguing buffet items and made‑to‑order eggs, and we also liked dinner at the restaurant. The hotel decor was more interesting than most hotels, though the room felt a little small.

The staff and the Kazakh hospitality were definitely top notch. The design, ambience and art in the hotel were fabulous, and the dinner experience in the super atmospheric restaurant was great. The rooms and beds were super comfortable, and the city is a great area to walk around and find coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, though the door from the room and bathroom made a loud noise when shutting and needs to be addressed.

I liked the authentic feel and look of the hotel, and its convenient location. Breakfast was slow and had poor variety, and the shower needs balancing – the water is either too hot or too cold, so you can’t get a normal temperature.

The place was tastefully decorated. If you want to have the nomadic vibe, you should definitely stay here. The breakfast was decent, you had a good spread and then order ala carte local dish or breakfast. The food in their restaurant was quite tasty too!. There are no elevators and there were power outages that occurred during our stay. It wasn't very long but it happened 2x i think
