“Great potential, but need to up their game a bit”

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a fantastic dining experience, with generous portions and exceptional service from the friendly staff. However, my stay was marred by a few issues - the hospitality team seemed somewhat disorganized, and I encountered a problem with my room door not locking, which they were unable to fix.

“Great location for our day trips to Chiricahua NM and Ft. Bowie National Historic Site. We’ll be back”

My stay at a hotel in a desert location was convenient, with a restaurant, bar, and store all within a short walking distance from my room. The courtyard area between the store and restaurant was a great spot to meet up with friends and family. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the lounge chairs in the courtyard outside my casita were not covered, resulting in a lot of dust accumulation. This was particularly noticeable given the desert environment.

“Great for the location near our hiking destinations”

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel with staff who were very helpful and attentive to my needs, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. However, I was a bit surprised to find that the hotel's breakfast options were limited to off-site locations, which wasn't ideal for me.
