The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and Kathleen helped when the code didn’t work, but the code I received was wrong and I had to call for a new one; the shower and bathroom were very small.

The staff at the Link Vintage Motel were welcoming, friendly and responsive, and the place is generally okay. My stay had several mishaps, likely bad luck, and the team sent repair people who were competent and friendly, though the fixes were difficult. I had to change rooms late that first evening around 9:00 p.m. because the initial room was a bit dusty on the bathroom counters and floors, and the shower had a severe clog. The new room was a bit more modern and cleaner overall. I didn’t appreciate the string of problems: the shower clog on day one, the room swap at night, and then the hotel’s water main breaking the next day, with repair work happening right outside my window when I had planned to leave early. These shouldn’t happen again, so I expect future guests to have better luck.
